Our training programmes are designed to give you the skills to successfully facilitate a Deep Time Walk and grow your practice. Our aim is to empower you with confidence to lead your own walks – creating unforgettable, transformative learning experiences.

We are excited to release Earth Stations, Holding Space, TerraSheets and our Facilitator Compass to Spanish-speaking cultures, opening the possibility for the Deep Time Walk to continue spreading, inspiring and connecting people across cultures. This work was led by Victoria Harding Bastiansen, Stephan Harding’s daughter.

Our Camino walk-management system – the tool that helps facilitators manage the whole lifecycle of their walks – is now available in French, Dutch and Spanish. We are also delighted to release a multilingual version of Andante, our mapping tool for creating custom Deep Time Walks.

This is not an update – it is a completely new app, redesigned from the ground up. It lays the foundation for something we have dreamed about for a long time: a platform able to carry many different walking narratives, each contextualised to its own local geology, biosphere and human culture. This is the start of an exciting new chapter, bringing Deep Time Walks to more people all over the world.

Andante (named for a gentle walking pace) is a dedicated tool that lets facilitators create their own Deep Time Walk routes.

Camino is Deep Time Walk’s new dashboard for facilitators – one place to plan, share, run and reflect on a walk, so more people can be guided through the 4.6-billion-year story of our living Earth.

Our facilitator training continues to grow and evolve with new pathways for Educational usage and a new hybrid programme in France. If you’d like to lead your own Deep Time Walks, we invite you to become part of this thriving community by joining any of the facilitator training cohorts.
